Special Projects Capital Assistance Program

This program provides community museums with capital assistance as part of the implementation of the Yukon Museums Policy (1989), the Museum Artifact Conservation Policy (1992) and the Museum Srategy (2005).
Under the Special Projects Capital Assistance Program there are 6 components:

  • Exhibit Planning/Development Assistance
  • Small (Specialized) Capital Acquisition/Improvements
  • Artifact Inventory and Cataloguing
  • Small Conservation Projects
  • Cooperative Marketing Ventures
  • Revenue Generation Enhancement Projects
