Today’s travellers expect certain minimum standards when doing business with tourism operators, accommodations and transportation service providers. In order for Yukon’s tourism industry to remain competitive both nationally and internationally, the Tourism Branch through consultation with industry, has implemented minimum criteria standards necessary for those businesses accessing Tourism Yukon marketing programs. These industry standard criteria focus on proper licenses and permits, timely responses to inquiries and information necessary for the purchaser to make the decision to buy the service.
